1. Return / Damage policy
If you have received wrong products or damaged products, then we can arrange for return and replace with new product.
To claim this return you must provide us with the parcel opening video without any edits, showing the label, AWB number in the parcel clearly and all sides of the parcel.

For international orders we do not have Return/Refund/Damage return facility, considering customs and shipping charges this is not feasible for us. Instead we make sure we will double check on quality and packing are best possible.

2. How can I claim Return / Damage
As said above, if you have received wrong product or damaged product, please take the parcel opening video along with order details and send it via email jewel4u.in@gmail.com.
Once we received your request, our team will validate the details and arrange for return if it is approved.
Further upon receiving you wrong/damaged return, our team will validate the product and send you the new product.

3. Refund policy:
If you are not satisfied with our product then within 24 hours from the time of delivery you can request for refund. For this too parcel opening video needed along with order details and send it via email jewel4u.in@gmail.com.
Once we received your request, our team will validate the details and arrange for return if it is approved.
Further upon receiving your return product, our team will validate the product whether it is in unworn or unused condition and tags and packages are in same condition. Then we will initiate the refund and it will credited back to you in 2 to 5 business days.
