How do I place an order?
You can place an order in two ways:
Online: Log in to our website www.jewel4u.in, add your desired products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the order.
Offline: Call or WhatsApp us at +91 8098 999409. A video call option is also available for product selection.
What is the minimum order value?
Minimum order value is Rs.200/- within India
For overseas customers minimum order value is Rs.2000/- ($25 USD)
How can I pay for my order?
We have Razorpay, India’s leading payment gateway, integrated on our website. You can pay using:

For offline orders, you can pay via direct bank transfer, Paytm, GPay, or PhonePe.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:
Record an unedited parcel opening video at the time of opening your package. This is mandatory for all damage claims — claims without this video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@jewel4u.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and the parcel opening video attached.
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Please note — we offer replacement only, not refunds, for damaged or defective items.
We do not offer returns or refunds on delivered orders. All sales are final once the order is delivered in good condition.
The only exception is damaged or defective products — in such cases, we offer a replacement subject to the conditions above. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
