- How to place an order? Log in to our website www.jewel4u.in, add the products of your choice in cart and proceed to checkout and place the order. Alternatively, you can place your orders offline too, give us a call or WhatsApp +91 9962999409, video call option also available.
- What is minimum order value?Minimum order value is Rs.200/- within India For overseas customers minimum order value is Rs.2000/- ($25 USD).
- How can I pay for my order? In our website we have Razor pay payment gateway integrated (India’s leading payment gateway provider), where you can able to pay through Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, Wallets and any UPI. If you are placing order through offline you can able to pay through Paytm, G pay, Phone Pe and direct bank transfer. For Overseas customer, they can pay through direct bank transfer, PayPal and Credit/Debit cards.
- COD available? No, cash on delivery not available, the reason is many customers booking the order and cancel it in the transit, this cause us to bear the shipping forward/return charges, since we are a micro-organization, it is not feasible for us. For this reason we have come up with new invention called Partial COD, please find the details below.
- Partial COD Available: Pay 200rs as advance thru Razor pay (Secured payment gateway) and place your Partial COD Order, this amount will be adjusted in order amount. Minimum order value- 500rs.
- Can I search for specific product? Yes, we have search option in our website, there you can search whichever products or collections you need.
- Can I add products once I checkout? Yes, you can add products even after you checkout, just go back to products page and add products to your cart again.
- Can I able to Remove or Delete products from cart? Yes, you can able to remove or delete whichever product you want.
- How are my products packed? Your product will be packed in corrugated box, transparent plastic box or in envelopes; it is depending upon the product materials, weight and dimension.
- What to do if I receive damaged product? We can arrange for a return and we will replace the damaged products, to claim damage you need to provide parcel opening video without any edits.
